CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION GUESTCARD

Conditions of participation:

With the guest card * we want to reward your loyalty as a customer. The operator and publisher of the guest card is Logierhus Langeoog GmbH.

For the acquisition of bonuses, the redeeming of bonus points and the general implementation of the Guest Card *, some conditions apply, which we have summarized for you here.

1. Registration:

1.1.Only natural persons older than 18 years are eligible to participate. You can also participate if you are not resident in the Federal Republic of Germany.

1.2. You can register online at www.gaestecard-langeoog.de or on site in the following houses: Info Cafe, Insel Info, Hotel Achtert Diek, Idyll Heckenrose, Logierhus Langeoog. You can get your guest card * the next day from 2 p.m. in the receive the location specified by you. Your guest card will be kept ready for collection for 1 year.

1.3. You can collect points as soon as you receive your guest card.

2. Collect points:

2.1. Bonus points will be credited to your account upon presentation of the guest card *. Bonus points for staying in a hotel or apartment are automatically credited to you once you have paid in full.

2.2. Status points are also collected with the bonus points. From 3,000 status points you get gold status, from 8,000 status points you get platinum status.

2.3. Revenues from bookings from third-party providers (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, …) cannot be rated.

3. Redeem points:

3.1. Every guest card * holder can redeem his bonus points for rewards (bonus points) as soon as his bonus point account has the corresponding credit. The prerequisite is that the premiums are available.

3.2. A cash payment is not possible.

3.3. Use of the regular customer discount is possible for the first time for bookings after reaching the respective status.

3.4. The availability of awards may vary by date and season. Individual rewards may not be available at certain times. Awards cannot be combined with certain services at reduced prices and offers.

4. Loss of cards and misuse:

4.1. If you lose your guest card *, you can apply for a replacement card. We will charge you a processing fee of € 10 for this.

4.2. If the guest card is misused, your collected points will be deleted and can no longer be redeemed. Further participation is excluded.

5. Expiration and termination of the program:

5.1. If bonus points are not redeemed for a bonus within 36 months of the event on the bonus account, they will expire at the end of the next quarter.

Status points expire 36 months after the status has been achieved if no new points have been credited to your account during this time.

5.2. Logierhus Langeoog GmbH reserves the right to discontinue the guest card * at any time, to replace it with another program or to change the conditions of participation. The current version of the conditions can be accessed online on our website. Changes that are only beneficial or neutral for you will take effect immediately. The same applies to adjustments that become necessary due to changes in the legal situation. All other changes, in particular if they are disadvantageous for you and are not based on a changed legal situation, will only become effective for you if we have expressly notified you of the changes and you do not terminate your participation in writing within one month of notification. We will refer to this consequence again separately in the notification.
