Our Philosophy
Our gastronomy is based on high quality, fresh and local products. We prefer food from sustainable agriculture, animal welfare and promote fair trade. For our fish specialties we use fish from sustainable fishing, certified by the MSC seal
Our offer
Our restaurant is open to our hotel guests from Wednesday to Sunday. We will serve you a 3-course menu. Please reserve a table in advance.
On Monday and Tuesday our hotel guests are served in our partner restaurant “Verklicker“.
In the summer season we can serve all our meals on our sun-blessed restaurant terrace.
