We offer you rooms for intensive work in a pleasant atmosphere with the latest conference technology and event organization at the highest level. For your supporting program, we offer you a special range of nature excursions and island tours.

For conferences, the room rent is € 42 per person and day incl. a short break with sandwiches or small pastries and coffee and tea. No room rent is charged for banquets with permanently ordered menus or buffets.
We offer you a one to two week non-binding reservation option. When you make a reservation, a binding contract is concluded, which must be signed by both parties. Please note that e-mail reservations require one day in advance.
All prices stated in the agreement and in the general terms and conditions are final prices. The final prices already include statutory VAT and any service charges.
If there is justified reason to suspect that the agreement threatens to endanger the security or reputation of the house or its guests, as well as in the event of force majeure, Logierhus Langeoog GmbH is entitled to withdraw from the contract without observing a deadline and without paying compensation. For safety reasons, so-called sky lanterns are not allowed to climb.
If the client is not also the organizer, he is jointly and severally liable with the organizer.
Unless otherwise agreed, ancillary services such as artist performances, special prints on menu cards or flower decorations will be charged extra by the restaurant.
Music or artist fees are either settled directly by the organizer with the musicians or artists concerned or must be made available to the restaurant in advance. Any GEMA fees incurred are borne by the organizer (for public events).
Bringing your own food and drinks is generally not permitted. Exceptions are your own cakes and tarts (no raw egg products such as tiramisu etc.) Plate fee per person: € 3.00. Corkage fee for your own bottle of wine (0.75 l) € 15. Corkage fee for your own bottle of sparkling wine (0.75 l) € 20
The expected number of guests must be communicated no later than 10 days before the event. The definitive and binding minimum number of guests must be announced no later than 2 days before the event. The number of people is the basis for the billing.
Menus or buffets that have been ordered and not accepted will be billed in full. Orders for late registrations will be charged additionally.
With the appearance of this price list, all previous price lists lose their validity.
All prices are inclusive prices and include statutory VAT and service charges. Invoices can be paid immediately or the following day – without deduction – in cash or with an EC card. If you wish to send the invoice, we allow ourselves to collect a deposit equal to the value of the food ordered in advance.
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the event. From 4 weeks before the event, we will invoice you 50% of the estimated entertainment costs. From 1 week before the event, we charge 100% of the agreed food and drinks. In special cases, a cancellation with lower fees is possible.
